The directory is self-attested. A Circuit lists itself by touching its entry file in the source repository. The Open Circuit does not credential Circuits; it only lists the ones that claim the practice. See the Charter for what holding to the doctrine means and how to register.
Until real Circuits register, the directory holds placeholder entries marked Example , shaped like real entries so you can see the form.
