  Translations of the canonical material are Living documents, credited to their translators and reviewed by Architects. A coordination page arrives with Phase 3.

  Read the Circuit Founding Charter
  A workbench, a spare-parts library, a documentation shelf, an open invitation to apprentices. The Charter describes the minimum.
